We have a collection of custom-built turntables ranging from 6 inches up to 8 feet (with a 22-foot table for autos coming soon). The larger 4-foot and 8-foot turntables can support anything up to 500 pounds quite easily -like a motorcycle or some industrial equipment- plus we built fully-automated camera triggering and controls into a motor-driven system that really nails down photo angle accuracy.
How does this work?
Place an object on a turntable and photograph it at various angles. Record each angle with a still camera (or video cam) then use a computer to assemble animations into common playback formats.. to fit any device from a webpage to a 50-inch HD video screen. Still photos are captured with digital Nikon cameras and / or with a Canon HD video camcorder.
We find shooting 36 (or up to 108) still images works well for most applications, but we can record any number of shots up to 360 frames (one each degree). Again, photo sets are finalized into commonly used graphics formats like GIF, MPEG, or AVI.. all dependent on your end use.
Dress
up the set! Hey, we are not too far away from classic commercial photography. Just hanging a background can be quite effective, or, we can set up with a city scape for a background... around Seattle there's plenty of options for unique vistas. We can travel to your location !
The 6-inch turntable is great for precision views of any small item like jewelry. The 2-foot and 4-foot turntables work well for 'classic tabletop' product shots -art sculpture, antiques, custom machined parts.. even people (vintage clothes). The 8-footer is great for anything bigger like vintage motorcycles.

Other ideas...?
We'll listen to you. We'll make dynamic training aids for schools, industrial, or health care projects for example.
Our recent projects include 'spinning' a fully-equipped skin diver on the 8-foot table to show proper skin diving setup. Final output will be shown within a dive shop on their in-store LCD display. We'll be recording a few vintage costumes too.. so are you ready? We are!
